Bánh mousse socola bơ

Thành phần:

  • 2 quả bơ chín, cắt đôi, bỏ hạt và gọt vỏ (trọng lượng chuẩn bị 190g)
  • 2 quả chuối chín, bóc vỏ (trọng lượng chuẩn bị 210g)
  • 80g bột ca cao chất lượng tốt
  • 2 muỗng canh chiết xuất vani
  • 1 muỗng cà phê chiết xuất cam
  • 1 quả cam không sáp, vỏ bào mịn
  • 120ml siro phong
  • 10 quả chà là Medjool, thái nhỏ
  • 100ml sữa hạt thuần thiên nhiên Ashoka

Phương pháp:

  1. Cho quả bơ vào máy xay thực phẩm rồi cho chuối vào, bẻ thành từng miếng. Thêm bột ca cao, chiết xuất vani và cam, vỏ cam, siro phong, chà là và sữa. Xay đến khi mịn.
  2. Múc đều mousse vào bát thủy tinh và rắc socola lên trên từng phần. Rắc các loại hạt cắt nhỏ và muối để phục vụ.
